Can I change my order?

All items are made-to-order; therefore, we are unable to modify your order.
Can I expedite my order production or shipping times?

At this time, I cannot expedite order production or shipping.
Can I pick up my order?

I do not offer in-person order pick up.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only ship within the U.S. However, we plan to ship to other countries in the future.
Is the artwork original?

Yes, all pieces were created or photographed by me, and none of the artwork in my shop is mass produced. I partner with a few US-based companies for printing and framing. Most of my unframed prints are printed by locally owned shop near my home.
What do I do if my order is lost?

Please contact customer support via this short form and include your order number. I will communicate with the carrier and then send you a replacement or refund (your preference). Claims are typically processed within seven to 10 business days. Replacements are subject to the item’s usual production and shipping times and cannot be expedited.
What do I do if I receive the wrong order?

Please contact customer support via this short form. Include your order number, description of the item you received, and photos of the item (if possible). We will replace your item or send you a refund as quickly as possible. We will ask you to ship the incorrect item back to us. You will not incur any shipping fees, and customer support will assist you during the process. Replacements are subject to the item’s usual production and shipping times and cannot be expedited.
Why is everything made-to-order?

I operate a small business, and it’s more cost efficient (for both you and me) to make each piece to order because I’m not incurring extra costs for inventory storage. The tradeoff is that it takes a little longer to receive your order; however, I hope there is some satisfaction in knowing that your order was made specifically for you.
What is the order deadline for Christmas and Hanukkah this year?

The order deadline for Hanukkah is November 14, 2025. The order deadline for Christmas is November 21, 2025.
When will my order ship?

All items are made-to-order, and your order will ship as soon as production is complete. Order production includes creating, printing, and/or framing, and the production time for each item varies. Please refer to the individual item’s product page for the production time required for that specific item.
