Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from time of order. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us via this contact form.
Damages
I stand behind the quality of my products and every item is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact customer support via the form below within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, description of the damage, and photos of the damage (if possible). I will replace damaged items on a case-by-case basis. Replacements are subject to the item’s usual production and shipping times and cannot be expedited. I cannot assist if the damage is not reported within 48 hours.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges on select items within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to the individual item’s product page to find out if that item is eligible for a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer support via the form below. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five business days after the returned item is received. You will receive an email notification when the refund is issued, or the exchange is shipped. A refund or exchange will not be issued for an item that is damaged in transit back to the studio due to poor packaging. Exchanges are subject to the item’s usual production and shipping times and cannot be expedited. I am not responsible for return shipping fees. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.
Shipping
All items are made-to-order. When your order is ready to ship, I will send a confirmation email with the order tracking number and carrier information. Most orders arrive three to five days after shipment, and I typically ship via FedEx or USPS. If you have multiple items in your order, your items will potentially be shipped in separate boxes. Currently, I do not ship outside the United States. However, I plan to eventually ship to other countries.
